Gurugram, October 31, 2026: Real estate developer Signature Global has awarded a construction contract worth approximately ₹496 crore to B.L. Kashyap & Sons Limited (BLK) for its premium residential development, Tonino Lamborghini Residences, in Sector 71, Gurugram. The contract marks a significant step towards the execution of the branded luxury housing project, which is being developed in collaboration with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini.
The project is spread across 12.40 acres and comprises 812 premium residences. Located along Gurugram’s Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), the development is part of Signature Global’s larger SG SPR Estate project. According to the company, the residential project is expected to be completed within five to six years.
The construction contract covers the main structural development of the project, including civil and structural works up to the plaster level, along with a portion of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works. The scope also includes the construction of residential towers, commercial and ancillary buildings, and associated infrastructure. The development is planned across five residential towers, with four towers comprising three basements and 41 floors each, while the fifth tower will have three basements, a ground floor and 39 floors.
The project is designed to offer premium living spaces, with a focus on privacy, design and lifestyle amenities. The 812 residences are planned in a low-density configuration, with four apartments per core. The development will include 3, 4 and 4.5 BHK residential configurations, as announced during the project’s launch.
Signature Global entered into a strategic partnership with Tonino Lamborghini in April 2026 to develop the residential project, with a planned investment of approximately ₹2,890 crore. The collaboration marks Tonino Lamborghini’s entry into India’s residential real estate market. The Italian brand is expected to contribute its design philosophy, lifestyle concepts and creative direction, while Signature Global will oversee development, execution and sales.
The project is positioned within the growing branded residences segment, where real estate developments incorporate the design identity and lifestyle associations of established international brands. The partnership aims to bring Italian design influences and premium lifestyle features into the residential offering in Gurugram.
Commenting on the construction contract, Lalit Aggarwal, Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of Signature Global, said that the project requires execution standards aligned with its design ambitions. He highlighted B.L. Kashyap & Sons’ experience and engineering capabilities as key considerations in selecting the construction partner.
The project is also expected to benefit from its location within SG SPR Estate, an integrated development in Sector 71. Signature Global has announced plans for a commercial business district within the larger estate, being developed in partnership with RMZ Corporation. The location offers connectivity to major routes, including the Southern Peripheral Road, NH-48, Dwarka Expressway and Golf Course Road.
The launch of Tonino Lamborghini Residences comes amid continued developer interest in premium housing and branded residential projects in Gurugram. The city has attracted luxury residential developments supported by demand from high-income homebuyers and growing interest in internationally branded lifestyle offerings.
According to reports, the first phase of Tonino Lamborghini Residences has been sold out, while the second phase has also been launched. The project’s construction contract is expected to support the next stage of development as the company moves from project planning and sales towards execution on site.
For the construction sector, the ₹496 crore contract represents a sizeable order in the residential building segment and adds to the pipeline of high-rise construction activity in Gurugram. The project will involve structural, civil and building services work across multiple towers, requiring coordinated execution over the planned construction period.
Signature Global reported property sales worth ₹8,250 crore in the previous financial year and has set a sales booking target of ₹10,000 crore for the financial year 2026–27. The company has delivered approximately 19.2 million square feet of real estate since its inception.
With the appointment of B.L. Kashyap & Sons as the construction contractor, Tonino Lamborghini Residences moves into a key execution phase. The project’s progress over the coming years will depend on construction delivery, quality management and adherence to the planned development timeline.
