SANY India has unveiled its most powerful and technologically advanced line-up of construction, mining, lifting and electric equipment at EXCON 2025, marking a significant moment for the company as it deepens its contribution to India’s infrastructure future. At the annual exhibition held in Bengaluru, the global construction equipment manufacturer showcased 39 next-generation machines that span multiple product categories and underscore its commitment to enhanced productivity, sustainability, electrification and cost efficiency.
The extensive display of equipment at EXCON 2025 — themed “Chariots of Development – Every Man. Every Machine. Every Minute. Working Towards Viksit Bharat” — reflects SANY India’s strategy to bring global innovation to Indian infrastructure markets in alignment with the national vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.The company’s pavilion was designed to mirror this theme through a modern “chariot corridor,” symbolizing the country’s ongoing infrastructure transformation and growth momentum.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Deepak Garg, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, SANY India & South Asia, emphasized that the new equipment lineup introduces smarter, more efficient and more sustainable machines than ever before showcased in the Indian market. He reiterated that these products are intended to boost customer productivity while supporting the broader goal of national development. Mr. Sanjay Saxena, Chief Operating Officer of SANY India, also highlighted that the product portfolio was developed based on input from contractors, fleet operators, logistics professionals and mining industry stakeholders across the country, ensuring the machinery meets real-world needs and operating conditions.
Among the key highlights of SANY India’s showcase is an expanded excavator range featuring models such as the SY33C PRO, SY38U PRO, SY150C PRO, SY220C-9 XL SPARC+ and SY390C-10 HD GraMa+, engineered for diverse applications including urban construction, quarry work and heavy-capacity mining. SANY also introduced electric excavators — notably the 21-ton SY215EP and the 38-ton SY375EP — delivering zero emissions and significantly lower operating costs compared to traditional diesel machines, reinforcing its focus on environmentally responsible solutions.
In addition to earthmoving equipment, the company presented India’s first outdoor-ready electric forklifts with 3-ton and 5-ton capacities designed for ports, steel plants, factories and logistics hubs. These machines feature IP67 protection, liquid-cooled systems, lithium-ion batteries and cloud-based fleet monitoring for enhanced performance and reduced lifecycle costs.
SANY’s foundation solutions portfolio includes the SR235 MIII multifunctional drilling rig that supports rotary, CFA, cased and low-headroom piling operations. The company also revealed fully electric heavy-duty trucks tailored to deliver lower operating costs and advanced safety features for industrial logistics and long-haul applications.
In the mining segment, SANY India showcased models such as the 65-ton electric excavator SY680EP and electric loader SW956E, alongside the SW978K Pro diesel loader. The expanded hoisting portfolio includes the robust SRC400CR BS-V rough-terrain crane, while the road equipment range features new single drum, double drum and pneumatic rollers designed for high compaction efficiency and durability.
With more than 35,000 machines deployed across the Indian subcontinent and a vast sales and service network, SANY India continues to deepen its footprint in the nation’s construction and infrastructure landscape.
